California Work Permit

Work with our Department of Justice, US Congress, and local organizations to reclassify undocumented Californians, with nonviolent felonies, as seasonal workers, thereby allowing a more efficient, faster, and reliable process for immediate Work Permit issuance. Our immigrant workforce will be essential for California’s economic recovery to ensure local business remain open, fiscally solvent, and for tax revenue collection for local, county, and state entities. Therefore, it is in the best financial interests for the state of California to officially petition our USCIS (United States Customs & Immigration Services) issue a new, unique, and specialized Work Permit called a California Work Permit reserved for our undocumented workforce. Prior to this our US Congress, will be required to draw up, enact, and implement this Federal statute to properly allow our US Immigration laws to reflect these critical updates, thereby enabling our USCIS to issue a California Work Permit, to qualified applicants, as outlined here, as soon as imaginable. It is recommended our new California Work Permit be issued and valid in four-year increments.
